A burst supply line, an overflowing tub, or a storm surge under the back door doesn't wait for business hours, and neither do we. Hirex Water Damage sends licensed technicians straight to your Forest Hills address with extraction equipment already loaded and running.
Hirex Water Damage started because homeowners in Forest Hills, PA kept telling us the same story: a national hotline picked up, put them on hold, and then subcontracted the job out to whoever was cheapest and closest. Every technician on our Forest Hills roster is a Hirex Water Damage employee, not a gig-app contractor pulled from a random directory.
Our crew leads carry IICRC water restoration certifications and have logged real hours on Category 1, 2, and 3 losses, so Flood Damage Cleanup in Forest Hills isn't a side service we tacked on — it's the reason the company exists. We carry full general liability coverage and are licensed to operate throughout Forest Hills, PA, so you're protected from the moment our truck pulls into the driveway.
Because our equipment lives in a Forest Hills, PA warehouse rather than out of state, we're not waiting on a supply run before we can start extraction.
Talk to a Forest Hills property manager who's lived through an overnight pipe failure and they'll tell you exactly why a crew that arrives already equipped matters — every extra minute is more water in the framing. That's the gap Hirex Water Damage was built to close, one Forest Hills call at a time.
Not every leak announces itself with a flooded floor. A lot of the worst damage we see in Forest Hills started small and got ignored for weeks. Here's what tells us a property needs professional attention rather than a mop and a fan:
Recognizing one of these signs early is the difference between a contained repair and a gutted room, so call our Forest Hills team and get a straight answer on how urgent it is.
We size the Forest Hills response to the actual damage — a single-room extraction gets a two-person crew, a commercial loss gets the full fleet — nothing gets a cookie-cutter response.
We arrive with submersible pumps and truck-mount extractors that get standing water out of a Forest Hills property before it soaks deeper into the subfloor. Every extraction job includes moisture mapping so we know exactly which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
Once water is out, we bring in commercial air movers and LGR dehumidifiers, positioned using psychrometric readings rather than guesswork, with daily drying logs so you can see the numbers improving, not just take our word for it.
For Forest Hills homeowners, that means drywall removal at the flood cut line, subfloor assessment, and content pack-out for anything that can be saved, with clear photo documentation at every stage for your insurance claim.
For commercial Forest Hills accounts, we assign a project lead, run crews after normal hours to reduce downtime, and bring equipment sized to the actual footprint — we know a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants below has to move fast.
When a Forest Hills job involves sewage backup, our team suits up in full PPE, applies EPA-registered antimicrobials, and safely disposes of porous materials that can't be saved.
Every Forest Hills job includes a preventive antimicrobial application, and if we spot conditions that need full remediation we tell you plainly instead of quietly hoping it clears up.
You get a written estimate before any equipment runs, not a mystery total handed to you after the fact.
Because our equipment cache sits inside Forest Hills, PA, most Forest Hills calls see a technician on-site in under 60 minutes.
We photograph and log every step specifically so your claim moves faster and you're not the one arguing with the insurance company.
Final moisture readings have to hit dry-standard before we consider a Forest Hills job done, and getting there again is on us, not you.
Our Forest Hills team asks a handful of targeted questions so the truck that shows up already has the right gear loaded.
A licensed technician heads to your Forest Hills address with extraction and drying equipment already loaded.
We remove standing water first, then map moisture and position air movers and dehumidifiers based on the readings.
We don't close the file until the numbers confirm the structure is dry, and you leave with full photo and moisture documentation.
Every Forest Hills job gets closed based on instrument readings, not a visual check, and we won't call it finished until the numbers say it's finished. If a callback shows lingering moisture within 30 days of a completed job, we return and correct it at no additional charge.
That's not a marketing line — it's written into every Forest Hills work order we issue. If a second visit is ever needed, it comes from the same crew that handled the original job whenever scheduling allows, since they already know the property and the readings we started from.
